About This Course

Stress management is a wide spectrum of techniques and psychotherapies aimed at controlling a person's level of stress, especially chronic stress, usually for the purpose of and for the motive of improving everyday functioning. This one - day course will introduce the participants with the need to focus on personal well-being, practical short exercises to cope with stress at the workplace and ways to improve the teaching and learning process.
